The team sees patients with any neurological diagnosis including, MS, Huntington's, brain injury and stroke and works with patients in a range of community settings including their own homes, gyms, hospitals or clinics.

The neurological rehabilitation or neuro rehab team (NRT) accepts referrals for patients who have long term neurological conditions, or strokes who require a specialist rehabilitation program in a community setting. The service is appropriate for patients who would benefit from intensive therapy within a community setting.All patients must be be medically fit for discharge, and have clear rehabilitation goals, patients can can be referred to one or more disciplines within the team.The service accepts telephone referrals from any health professional in a primary care setting, such as hospital therapists, nurses, or consultants.The service is available from 8am to 5pm.
