I am really disappointed in the way they handled my offer. I placed an order on November 17th which has not arrived and it is 19th March now. Poshmark makes shopping fun, affordable & easy! After two days I finally got an answer that the other item wasn't in stock anymore so that item would be refunded and I received 15 pounds store credit for the inconvenience. All I am told is that my order has been processed and unfortunately cannot refund. I’m disappointed. This is a slap in the face when I ordered 4 things (~$300) AND … I ordered a hoodie from alphalete and it arrived within the scheduled time, even with COVID-19. I ordered the black camo colour Surface Path leggings. They are sooo nice & flattering however mine did rip on the 2nd or 3rd wear. I e-mailed customer service, they are only able to offer 15% discount off next purchase OR 15% refund. I love the hoodie, it fits very well and is of high quality. Really disappointed in the level of service...I ordered sports bras from them for the first time and followed their size chart. They gave me a discount for $4. They’re definitely gorgeous! The Halo leggings are my absolute favorite leggings. Looking to possibly trade these for another alphalete blue color legging!
