Usher named this album looking for myself for a reason everyone and it is simply because he is at a time of his life where he is trying to find his soul in his music so to speak. If he released a pure r&b album that had no dance music then he would leave out his audiences that really appreciates his style for that music. looking for myself by Usher I was a very good album. I can't stand edited music. Available with an Apple Music subscription. If you love the track 'Scream' then you will be deeply disappointed with this album, because 'Scream' is the only decent track on it. With rare exception, revolutionary pop as presented on Looking 4 Myself sounds just like contemporary pop-oriented R&B, or European dance-pop, or some combination of the two. Basically for the people who are a little lost here his album is a smorgasbord of different genres, beats, and rhythms.

Compared to Usher's previous album, this is weighted more heavily toward dance-pop, much of which is functional and well made but unremarkable. it has an upbeat songs on track, but my very most favorite song was climax and voodoo woman.the songs were very sexy and fun. This is the first CD I ever saw that only had edited and no parental advisory label version.



But still, he gets five stars. I have used this product for over a month. I have listened to it again and again in the car, but no, there's really nothing here I like. Lots of songs which don't appear to have any rhythm and you struggle to tap your feet to any of them. Usher
