Indeed, the proportion of the workforce employed in logistics in the county is twice the national average, giving Panattoni Park Northampton access to a suitably skilled labour pool.“The town built itself on the shoe industry, which has declined somewhat, but there is still a strong level of labour,” Harrison explains.
