Most of all, my favorite part about Howard was the camaraderie and diversity. Nothing remains fun when 20-degree winds continuously hit your face. There are so many fun things to do around campus, including bowling, shopping, and simply going out for a meal with friends. Overall, UIUC is a great school! They always made lectures entertaining. Not only is the campus breathtaking, SDSU is located in the best place possible. I could not think of anything better than having 300 sisters to rely on before school began—especially as an out of state student. The professors are very accommodating and there are a multitude of resources for all students. Following my tour, I went to talk to an admissions counselor and he was incredibly helpful with my questions about being deferred from early action, merit based aid I could receive, and any additional information I could provide to the university that might make me a better candidate. In addition to being one of the most beautiful college campuses in the nation, FAMU students have the opportunity to actively engage in a broad range of educational or recreational activities. University recreation is also stellar, including workout equipment, pools, and rock-climbing. I mean, these sororities of over 300+ members never even had the chance to get to know these girls beyond a 10-minute conversation with one of its members, yet made them feel like shit. The campus is beautiful and very well-kept and easy to navigate. The wonderful Trojan alumni are there for you beyond your four years. The school spirit is high and the different ways to get involved are endless. Mizzou holds endless opportunities for involvement.

Alongside stellar education, campus life at this university is awesome. They were helpful and understanding. Most of the professors are nice and helpful. There is no way to be bored on campus either. They are reactive to any issues you bring to the table, you never feel like a low priority. It would be incredibly powerful for this community to unite and grow together while supporting one another!I love the feel of the campus and the community there. I made so many connections and friendships that I know will last a lifetime.Staff are quick and dedicated to making your college experience as skill-learning as possible.
