Personally the only "improvement" I would tentatively suggest to Thrift+ is an option for the donor to authorise their own portion of the proceeds to be passed directly to the nominated charity thus doubling the gift. And the best part great for the environment as it’s recycling with an added bonus of the charity donation everyone gains this is such a great idea! Recommend.
Pricing is nonsense. Great choice of quality preloved clothes. Terrible. I am sure I donated about 7 or 8 items (Adidas and … I was also given a link which didn’t open & the chat was closed down by the employee. We will also be taking crafts, art, homemade items on a consignment basis. I only found out about the charge when I received an email informing me of this, long after my bags of clothes had been sent to them. My mom turned me onto Thrift+ after she got some tops for herself which turned out lovely.

We make it easy to donate your best second-hand clothes to your favourite charity and earn rewards to spend online. Returned bags take far too long to process and my bag returned a month ago apparently has been lost - £600 worth of dresses gone. Always helpful and quick to respond customer service. But I’ve sold approx 6 items in 2 weeks! I contacted Thrift+ & was told my bag was still showing as “en route” & since it was over 2 weeks, they considered this to be a missing parcel with Collect+. Clothes I received were in excellent condition. All rights reserved.

I contacted Collect+ on their Live Chat & told them this, only to be told that they had looked at the tracking system & it wasn’t displaying anything & that I needed to take my parcel to the store!
Loved all the choices, website was so easy to use. Absolute melts. The photographs are dreadful and I lost interest very quickly. Love this website and couldn't recommend them more highly for an online charity shopping experience. This can be split 50:50 between Thrift+ credit & charity or 100% to charity. I would recommend Thrift to anyone Useful. Thrift + is a great idea and may be good for a buyer but as a seller it's dreadful. It’s really easy to browse & use the website, and when you buy you are donating to charity too. Will definitely look out for other items. Two beautiful pieces arrived within a few days of ordering. Really is the way to go if these things concern you and you’re not prepared to support a company charging £50 on some sweatshop made piece of clothing! I love the idea that you can trade in and then purchase new clothes for your wardrobe! I didn’t really expect much (as I was going to take the items to a charity shop but thought I’d try this instead). £13 for a £175 coast dress with tags yet £42 for a Jaeger cardigan which is at least 30 years old. Thrift+ claim a lost bag “is a very rare occurrence.” However even reading these reviews, there are 3 posts within 6 days which speak of this happening. Will definitely shop again on Thrift+ I would recommend Thrift to anyone Used 3 times and don’t think I’ll ever go back to buying direct from the larger names again! Amazing This was even less clearly stated (or not stated at all) on the website when I first used their service.
