Both sisters were well written. DNFAfter reading a few reviews, I almost put this one back. His work has been anthologized in the Pushcart, New Stories from the South and O. Henry Prize Stories anthologies. This refreshing western does not read like a typical western but appeals to a much broader audience and is a must for lovers of Larry McMurtry and NEWS OF THE WORLD. I read 4 chapters and am too bored and unimpressed to go on.
