Gary Thomas Gentry, age 65, of Belton, MO passed away January 10, 2020 at Kansas City Hospice House. We were friends for many years during his working career. Gary fought bravely, but ultimately lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews in California and Tennessee.Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at Gary and I hired into Bendix the summer of 1976. I am saddened to hear of his passing. Gary and Jean moved to Kansas City, where he had a 40 year career as an engineer for Bendix (now Honeywell).

Gary Lynn Gentry-age 69 of Maynardville passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020 at home after a short battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Jean; brother in-laws and sister in-laws, Faye Gentry, San Carlos, CA; Saundra and Paul Degges, Brentwood,TN; Daryl and Rena Henry, Steve Henry and Pam Henry all of Cookeville, TN. Gary and Jean moved to Kansas City, where he had a 40 year career as an engineer for Bendix (now Honeywell). He did a great job and always demonstrated a commitment to improving the product line that he supported. It was always a pleasure to work with him for over 25 years at Honeywell.

I worked with Gary and played ball with him in our younger working days.
