The Warden's father, seen only in a flashback and photos. The Warden (born December 25, 1969) (real name Mark Davis) is the main character of the series Superjail!, and the owner of the aforementioned prison.

Although frustrated at the way he's treated, Jared still does what he can to assist the Warden. Trauma, and being exposed to such an environment at an early age, might have caused a stunt to his emotional development.
He can never leave Superjail - if he does, it would be closed (seeing as he has no offspring to pass it on to).

It's hinted that Jared has a hidden desire of dominating the Warden, as seen in his dream where he forces him into making out. When Stingray's invasion was thwarted, the Warden decided that he'd make him Superjail's newest inmate. His hair is very short, spiky and jet-black; he also has pale skin and a large tooth gap; the latter is apparently the result of a childhood incident where one of his teeth was pulled out by being tied to a doorknob, as seen in a sketch in the Warden's scrapbook in "The Warden has a wardrobe of different outfits for other occasions, most of which are still purple and yellow (with the exception of his future self's costume in "The Warden possesses magical shape-shifting powers, which he frequently demonstrates throughout the series.
Jared will often attempt to talk him out of some of his bizarre ideas, but only gets ignored or the point will be missed. The Warden referred to himself as 'Jailbot's Papa' in 'Best Freinds Forever'. Having decided that real jail just didn't work and that it was boring, the Warden decided to create his own and try a new approach within a different dimension (identified by the number "5612" in It 's shown in a photo that he may have a sadistic, sociopathic side as far back as childhood, with him depicted gnawing off the tail of a poodle that had been bothering him.

He seems to be able to turn into whatever he wishes, and has been seen morphing into a car, a bee, a beer mug, a breakfast plate, a giant rat, an atom bomb, a stuffed turkey, a small tower, a pair of pants, the letter C, the letter U, an eyeball, a universe, an Atlas statue, the thinker and has even, on very rare occasions, turned Jared into other things, like a turtle, as seen in "He also may have regeneration as well.
