Hi, I am having a lot of trouble to make remote access work on my VM HUb 3.0 router.

I completely understand your concerns regarding accessing your security cameras whilst you are away.Unfortunately, I am afraid we have been unable to reach your Hub to perform a reboot on your behalf.

Help and Support from Virgin Media. Which is … It looks like you are using an out of date version of your browser - due to enhanced securityrequirements protecting customers, we will no longer support this browser version as of June 2017 and you will need to update it in order to access virginmedia.com website My Virgin Media Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.

Make sure the Hub's power supply is firmly connected to the wall and back of the Hub, check the Hub is switched on; It can take 5 to 10 minutes for the Hub to reboot; Once the white power light is solidly lit you’re good to go The problem was some what solved by making the hub (newer) boot up slower.

The message is of course “Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network.” I’ve asked help from 2 good friends but none was able to figure out how to fix this.

Solved: Hive app is showing all lights etc are offline and have been for several hours.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me and would be happy to provide more detail.

How to reboot your Virgin Media Hub: First of all, make sure nobody is downloading important files or in the middle of a video call with the office as …

Although this feature is listed on the Hub 3.0 GUI and is available with Virgin Media UK I'm now being told that in fact Virgin Media Ireland want to remove it from the Admin section on the Hub 3.0 I would be interested to hear how other users handle problems with their LAN remotely.

Is there anyone that could pop round and do this for you?I'm guessing your in router mode so this might not apply but the SH1 (and I'm sure newer) has a issue in modem mode when a power cut happens and comes back the SH1 boots up fast and waits for DHCP from a router but if it waits too long it will not forward DHCP when a router boots up to send DHCP. Do you have the hub in remote access mode, if it isnt or the hub is in router mode then I am afraid you cannot reboot the hub remotely. We have articles, videos and troubleshooting guides for all your queries.

Mobile Your Account i presume it’s got stuck as it often does.

Mobile Your Account So I’m reaching out to the community. If it's not online then I doubt there would any way to reboot it unless VM staff can gain access another way.I know it's not of much use to you now, but it's why some people attach their network equipment to digital timers with battery backup, so they reboot, for instance, at 6am every day.You could try asking tech support to send a hit to your hub - you will need to hope that the script monkeys avoid sticking to the script, otherwise just play along.Welcome to the Community and thank you for getting in touch.
