Such a shame when their holy grail brew is one of my all time favourites to see such stark contrast in their brews.We did the brewery tour whilst staying near Masham and found it’s history very interesting, especially the information about how the Black Sheep Brewery was formed on that particular site.My husband said the beer was great but it was more like a restaurant than a brewery pub. Having spent his entire working life pursuing a career in brewing at T&R Theakstons, Paul left his family company in 1990 following its sale to a national brewer, Paul made the decision to start his own independent brewery in Masham, North Yorkshire.
